Ilya started NW Maids three years ago when he realized door to door sales wasn’t going to be his path to riches. He always had the entrepreneurial mindset, but hadn’t struck something that had really worked for him until he came across a Reddit post about starting a cleaning company.

While they kept at it, running the business through manual processes wasn’t easy.
“Our online marketing just wasn’t converting. Our call to actions were things like… give us a call and then if we didn’t answer or return the call, we would lose the lead and lost the money spent on the lead. At that point we were doing a lot of work for only about $1000 a month in sales.”
